Today I took the kids to a Park for a little bit after Lunch and a quick trip to Target. It was nice out, so we stopped over at Golden Hills Park. Jenn, Missy and I had walked around this one day.(and hated it....and haven't walked since I believe LOL) The kids had a blast. The only reason we left is because Emily had to go potty :) We will definitely go again someday.

Spooky Dinner
Last week Justin found a Pillsbury Cooking Magazine all about Halloween and asked if we could get it. Last night we made one of the recipes in it:
Hot Dog Mummys!
They were served with a side of Blood (Ketchup), Vampire Fangs (Corn) and Monster Boogers (Green Kool-Aid)
The kids love them and had more of them for lunch today!

Seriously???
So, the kids have been in school for about 8 weeks now. They have their first conferences on Wednesday. Anyway, yesterday I got a note in Emily's backpack that there is a confirmed case of head lice in her class. This is the THIRD TIME in 8 weeks!!! WTH???? As far as I know it is the same person each time and no one else has gotten it, but what is this kid doing that he/she keeps getting lice? Is there house that dirty? Do they play somewhere they shouldn't?? It's getting annoying...the constant checking to make sure no one has it. My head itches just thinking about it again!!! ICK!

I admit it....
I HATE Politics! There, I've said it. Government and History are things that have just never ever interested me!
I will do just about anything I can to avoid it. I purposly didn't watch TV for 2 days so that I had something else to do than watch the debates.
I do think that it is all important, but I hate all the lies, fighting and backstabbing.
I know that Voting is important, and I do plan to vote, but who do I vote for? Who can I trust? Who is going to be the best for us and can help us recover from what is going on now and help us move forward.
